I agree, after seeing more than one up close, I can't believe that they wouldn't improve the gap after all this time. I think they're great too, really give a nice look to the "nose" of the car; but will wait until (I have the money first of all) they improve the mold.

This is a 'chicken jumping' free zone!

If you mean the Goodhood, the problem with the gap isn't the fault of the hood. I just put one on and in most cases you can't just unbolt the stock hood from the hinges, put the Goodhood on and have it fit perfectly.
The hood fits differently then the stock hood.

If you take the wiper cowling off, you can access the 4 bolts that hold the hinges to the body.
Then you can adjust the hood fit with the bolts that attach the hood to the hinges, PLUS, you can do ALOT of adjustment of the hood with the bolts that attach the hinges to the body.
That, along with adjusting the front and rear hood bumpers up or down, the Goodhood can be fit perfectly.

I guess some people don't realize the hinges are adjustable on the body if you take off the wiper cowling to get to the bolts

COOL! I'm glad I know that, now what would really set my mind at ease is if I could see one that fit perfectly! Got one for me?

I tried that but on my Goodhood the mold was bad. You can see the hinge bracket between the fenders and the hood when closed. The passenger side is worse than the drivers side. I even had a bodyshop try to adjust it more..

Mine fits perfectly now. When I first tried to put it on, I could not get it to fit well at all until I loosened the bolts under the wiper cowling.
If you take the hood latch off the hood. Close the hood, then loosen the hinge to body bolts, you can move the hood all over the place, adjust the bumpers in front and back till you get it just right, then tighten the hinge to body bolts and it's done.
Use the hinge to hood bolts for fine fitting if needed

MAYBE SOMEONE CAN POST SOME PICTURES.

I don't have a way to do it since my scanner gave up a few months ago.

Man, that sounds bad.
Did you send it back to Keystone for a replacement ???

There was a point when I was adjusting mine that it just wasn't quite right. It wouldn't sit on the bumpers on the back side.
I pulled all the weatherstriping off and that was what was interferring. Anyway, I put the striping back on, fooled with the adjustments a little more and it ended fine.
With the wiper cowling off, I could see where it was sitting kinda funny on the rear weatherstrip. Don't know what I did to correct that. Just kept playing around with the bolts and bumpers I guess.

Magic & I have now found each other! In his above post, he said he couldn't find my e-mails! That's because I PMed him! Perhaps the PM pop up notice?
Sean, excellent suggestion, I'll have a gander! Thanks!
I know Jimmy took quite some time in adjusting & fine tuning my hood once installed, that's why the request for help!
I wondered for QUITE awhile why there were antifreeze stains around the cap until I happened to see the paint worn off of that right hood support! Not sure about height adjustment on it! The gap between hood & body is already wider than before!
Kathy had also told me one of her Kat Packers was having the same prob! It got me wondering & asking!
As I said above, I didn't want to post here but was getting no response! It seemed to me the only way to catch his eye after over the 2 weeks from that first one!
SORRY JIM! I personally LOVE the hood hinge, the effort he put into installing it & I want to keep it, that's why I asked for help!
I'm sending pics tomorrow to him so we can figure this out!
Thanks all for the adjustment suggestions!
