Try the Wix web site and look for your Wix filter dealer, and it is Wix-Helsa.I'm retired from wix and the cabin air filter plant is right around the corner from me.

It should.
The 2003 should already have the plastic mounting piece installed.

I cross-checked the Fram CA3717 on the Wix site and came up with Wix part #46132 which is said to be for Ford Tempo/Topaz(83-91),Mustang (87-93),Mercury Topaz (92). The picture looks about right.

Cool

Below is a picture and what appears to be a part number (Wix-Helsa 700602 or is it the top number: 05059040AA REV A) on my cabin air filter.

I looked in my owners manual for the 2003 turbo and couldn't find anything about cabin filters.

Dan,
That's because Mopar doesn't include any cabin filters in any models in the USA.

They are the last one.
Everyone else has them, but not Chrysler.

They do use them in the export PTs. That's where Wendy from Austraila & I came up with this mod.

The '03 turbo does have the filter holder, but no filter. So I went to the filter line at NAPA today and did some measuring and shopping. Found a filter that worked with only a little trim. Its the NAPA Silver SFI 26083. The width was perfect, but I had to trim about a quarter inch off of each end. There was plent of border material, so that was no problem. I cut the ends right up to the little nibs and it fit great. The paper material was a bit deep so I just left the little plastic screan off. Used a 10mm socket to remove the screws that hold the washer tank. I measured the cut filter at about 9in. x 4 5/8. You can buy the filter on line for $7.99. Cost me $9.79 at the store.
