Can we pick who we can ride up with?

'I swear, they were leaning way over and I tried to stop them.'

I used to skydive and once had a chance to parachute of a balloon except the weather kept on the ground..

I'm ready to go

Dan,
I never worked the cow balloon, but I DID crew for the WHITE Klondike Bear!!
Setting him down on huge tarps to keep him clean & white really sucked!

I would think that the border would be a concern. The chance of clear landing spots would be slim. The thermals around the Falls & buildings would be hectic. The limit of 1000ft above commercial structures inside city limits would be rough. The area is probably a Class-D airspace from Niagara and Buffalo. The helicopter rides over the Falls could also cause excitement.

All said,...... I would certainly inquire about a tether session.

I know how much wear a tether puts on a balloon, but it would be quite an attraction.
(of course, a tether would be an opportune time to ask for a Chrysler balloon sponsorship! )

All this from a guy who flew a lot of balloons. I'm also the guy who errs on the side of caution
