You know...like at the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. You could also have PT floats and stuff.

Don't know for sure but there are probably restrictions with flying anything in the Falls area. Probably need to get permission. There is a balloon on the U.S. side which is tethered. It simply goes up and down with a basket full of people for a birds eye view of the Falls.

Biggest problem i can see is getting enough space for set-up and safe teather. There certainly isn't enough room in the show field, especially if 700 PTs show up for CTF4.
