I did mine and it wasn't that bad...took about half an hour...
and yes , it is freaky drilling into your car's metal body... ...just make sure you don't leave any screwdrivers in your pockets as you lean on and walk around the car during installation ![]()

You could get the Xenon spoiler. It just sticks with 3M tape. No holes to drill.

I had a local body shop that we use all the time to paint and install mine. It was around $350 but that might be due to the fact that they went overboard with the painting. (These guys can't and won't do anything half@$$.) You probably can have it done cheaper.
Good luck! ![]()

Follow the PT-DIY instructions. The hardest part is getting the nerve to drill the first holes. Lots of folks here put their own on, do a search under "spoiler install" on these forums and you'll get lots of installation stories. Just watch those drill shavings on your hatch paint.

jpscruiser,
Hey there! Let me start by saying that Hunter still talks about his secret santa and loves the green PT you sent. Thanks again! About the spoiler...have an OEM and my brother installed it in his driveway in about a half hour. The only suggestion I would have is don't let your little sister stand around in the event she decides to sit in the Cruiser while you're drilling holes . Only I could be so silly... It came out looking great in spite of me! Good luck and I'm sure you'll do fine installing your own! ![]()
