Default Cheaper GT Turbos - Anyone know.. etc..

Since Ive been reading about some rumors that DC Will be Releasing A Cheaper GT Turbo for younger buyers. Like I cant afford to have a High Expense GT Turbo for under 25K or less. I'm hoping the prices will settle down for the younger buyers who want a GT.. if its a good price, then I consider trying to trade in my PT For a GT. All I would is get a GT with the options of the Moon Roof Package and the Fog Lights.. and if the GT Turbo Wheels (17 Inch, Chrome) are one of the options.. then all those three, I don't really need leather seat at all, I don't mind having Cloth Seats at all.

Any Thoughts of the Pricing.. Etc Etc...

I know y'all don't know anything about it, DC is suppose to release it sometime in August.. which is 2 Months away.

Any Guess what the pricing will be?

The Color of the GT i would want is.. White or maybe Electric Blue.

well C2k from what i understand is they will cut the options out such as
MoonRoof
Leather
17" wheels
and i thought i heard it will also not have a intercooler
this would drop the HP down to 185-190 hp from the 215hp
just don't hold me to that it is just what i heard
and that is how they would lower the cost of the GT

Cruisin2K.....

My father bought a GT TURBO about 3-4 months ago. It doesn't have the chrome package......has the 17 inch wheels but they are the silver painted wheels, has no leather, no sunroof, and only a cd player....not the cassette and cd combo......out the door in Phoenix Arizona, for 19,035. So look around....."Cheap" turbos can be found.

I thought I read somewhere 10-15% lower, which puts it at about 18.5-19 starting.
I already talked to a local dealer and if I purchased a Cruiser from them I could take both home and swap some mods over. Im waiting as well to see what the prices actually are and what the two tone colors come out like. Im looking at a promotion coming up soon and would love to promote the Cruiser a bit too.

Stopped by the dealer on Friday, and their order person check online to see what was showing up for model year '04. No order codes showed up for this entry level turbo, nor any codes for two tone paint either (it was the first that dealership had heard about that) .....although the new paint codes for the 3 new colors where there!
