Default Anyone with A/C problems?

My A/C went (over course 1000kms out of warranty) and my dealer was good enough to get DC approval for out of warranty coverage since I hadn't had the chance to use it and it had only been a week since it was in while still under warranty. They first thought it was because a seal blew out but then found the compressor was gone. New compressor and seal and working like a charm. Next time I needed it was Friday evening. I park the car and it idles at 2K check the TPS wire becuse that had been a recently resolved problem and doesn't either a line or seal blow exhausting the whole A/C system again. Has any one else had any experience that I may be able to reference when I go to the dealer tomorrow?

Thanks

Steve

Ours hasn't done that exactly but it sounds like the fan is making a funny noise right now. I'm going to have to take it in and get them to fix whatever that problem is.

Doesn't apply to you, of course, but sometimes an a/c failure is just a blown fuse. It's happened to me more than once.

Default A/C problem update

Just heard from the dealer. Apparently the overfilled the refrigerant after they replaced the compressor and that was the problem Friday night. It was just blowing off the excess. Whew. Didn't want a repeat of the CTF II weather with no A/C.
