Default Did you notice how DCX classifies the Cruiser?

I was wiping down my doors today after a good bath (of the PT, not me!) and noticed that on my door sticker, the car is noted as an MPV - Multipurpose Vehicle. Guess that sounds better than the SUV moniker. At least my car can live happily knowing that its creator calls it an MPV, not just another hulking SUV on the road.

Maryland classes vehicles which can be used for hauling or passengers as multipurpose vehicles. For that reason, minivans and SUVs receive M class license plates. For some reason the PT Cruiser was given a passenger car tag and is classed by Maryland as a 4 door sedan.
