Default Congrats to the new owner of dice valve caps

Congratulations to the ####### who stole my dice valve caps.
Went out to the PT today and noticed they were missing. What kind of cheap loser can't get a few bucks together and buy their own? This really pisses me off. It's probably the same jerk off who stole my rear license plate dice bolts. Whoever it is better hope I never catch them.
Sorry I just had to let off some steam.

That really bites!

I bought some PT logo caps from Moss and to prevent theft (as much as possible) I've only put them on for cruises and shows when the Cruiser is in company of other PT owners.

Wendy had great success in getting hers back, but that was Australia, doubt if the local police in the US would consider valve caps a priority item.

Yep, they're probably adorning the bicycle wheels of a couple of little S%^$% right now.

Now you know why some animals eat their young!

Seriously, that is the best thing to do. Just remember that if you do find them and want to go the legit path to getting them back, you have to prove ownership somehow. Go through your photos for evidence. I was lucky that I had the original receipt (accessory for the car- claimed them on tax!!!), plus photos of them on the wheels, and that they are virtually non-gettable in Australia.

The alternative is to hide in the bushes with a long broomstick. If you see a bike riding by with your valve caps on, a good javelin shot can make an entertaining "watch me fly" effort!!!

Fight the good fight my son!

He keeps one pair for his bike and his father uses the other pair to shoot craps. But seriously, that's the reason I don't have chrome caps. Also - I LOVE the hood goddess accessory but I'm terrified that some vandal would come along so it's not even on my wishlist. The trials and tribulations of us daily drivers.

From the voice of a master sleuth !!!

So sorry you had this happen and perhaps the best thing to do is to put the dice on only for shows or around other PT owners who will respect ownership.....sucks to have to do that tho.
