I've used the clay bar on glass and chrome wheels - it works an absolute treat! On the glass, I used a blend of water and window cleaner as lubricant so to avoid smudgy residue from dish washing liquid or quick detailer. On the chrome wheels, I used dish washing liquid and water mix, clayed, then rinsed off and washed normally before applying all metal polish. Clay bar even works on your headlights too!

Clay bar works!

I took everyone's advice and bought a Mothers clay bar. I used it today and WOW! I'm now a clay bar believer! I never thought it would remove the paint overspary, but it did. I followed it up with some Meguiars Gold wax, and it's feeling just about like new. Thanks for the advice.

The boneheads who did my artwork oversprayed and a claybar took it all off with no problems.

Magical little lump of goo, isn't it! It quickly turns non-believers into walking advertisements for the stuff...
