Wow, how did you ever get such a big flag pole attached to your Cruiser? I bet that makes a bit more wind noise on the highway than the roof rack would. {Fwap}{Fwap}{Fwap}

I tell ya, it wasn't easy!! You should have seen what happened when I accidentally went through the car wash with it attached!

No no no no no no. This little girl already has a couple of happy snaps of the PT courtesy of the local constabulary. A turbo would mean "goodbye license"!!!

GTO? Buyer beware. I tell ya, they'd want to do a lot of work on that thing before exporting it. The GTO (called the Monaro in Australia) is a 2 door variant of the Holden Commodore. Both the Monaro and the Commodore, are susceptible to piston slap, excessive oil consumption and power steering pump failures. There are currently a few hundred S & SS Commodores awaiting new engines due to poorly fitting pistons.

Peter, we'll have an Electric Blue with us at lunch on Saturday. I'll try and get a pic or two next to a Patriot so you can see the difference.

When you're thinking of transmission, remember one thing. The manual PT has an average to ordinary turning circle. The auto has an ordinary turning circle. The Autostick has a bloody ordinary turning circle. Tests conducted in the Albion Chrylser Jeep car park.....

That's good info, Wendy, thanks, about the "GTO." I've heard a few rumblings about problems with the Holden V8. Trust GM!

Sorry, Wendy, but I envision you with two turbos PTs (one of 'em a Dream Cruiser II) and a 2500 Hemi Ram 4WD with the five-speed...somehow, I think that would suit you and your mate just fine. What's a few fines, anyway?

Wendy,

I have found that the happy snaps from the Police seem to have dropped off since my daughter "spilt" clear nail poilish on both my front and back number plates, under the plastic plate holder...

Bloody kids... Should not let them near the car......

Dad462: What are happy snaps? And did your daughter feel that she was helping to mod the Cruiser?

Happy snaps.... Speed camera or red light camera. Either I have slowed down somewhat or the nail polish reflects the camera flash.
