Oh My Gawd.....You actually told her you like the PT? }>

Mine is sure its a truck and the extra stuff coming in the mail weekly is only add-ons that Chrysler is sending me free of charge for taking this horrible car off their lot

Cold day in hell when she spots my Visa an notices "they" are not freebies >)

Crandan, I understand completly! My husband thinks I've gone over the deep end when it comes to posting on this site. He too loves the car but doesn't understand the comraderie (sp?) we share here on PTE. I told him to register under his own name and join in on the fun. I truly hope he does, could be great!

I know what you mean. I let my wife drive the PT for the first time yesterday. Took her to an empty lot to see if she still remembered how to drive a stick(she did). Then went out on the road a little bit as I nervously sat in the pass. seat. Made a few constructive comments and was told I made HER nervous. Jeez.

I got the question "Why don't you pay as much attention to me as you do to the cruiser???" I guess I went over the top when I purchased for her a shirt with an Inferno Red cruiser with the bumpers red just as our cruiser! Glad to see that I am not alone with this situation.

Just show her PTCruzr's Shrine. If that doesn't help, nothing will!

What? You're obsessed with what is basically a 4-door, 4-cylinder automobile? tsk tsk

Here are some other transportation / recreation items that you could become obsessed with (with my appologies to anyone allready obsessed with them):

high powered motorcycles or motocross motorcycles (you're health insurance is up-to-date, right?)

a boat (definition: a hole in the water you try to fill with money)

a BIG camper

an Airstream trailer ($$$), oh yeah, you'll need an SUV ($$) to tow it

take flying lessons (then talk about buying, maintaining and hangering a plane)

a monster truck

etc...
