sunroof added or not?????????????

hey everyone...
since today it has been 6 months since I ordered my cruiser, i decide to call DC and check up on it. I called my dealer last week and told him to add the moonroof to my order, but when I asked the DC rep if it had been added he said no!! And of course today is the day my saleman has off so I left a message for him to call me tomorow. I just wish everything would go right the first freaking time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you still in BX status? I am in no way making an excuse for the dealer!! But this is the only one he should give you "You have already gone D status and we can not make any changes to your order at this time."

nope...still in BX ...so it should have been added... the DC rep did say that it might not be a good idea to change an order this late because it might bump me down in line.... I was told by my dealer and another DC rep that it wouldnt affect my positition... more conflicting information....

this whole situation is very VERY frustrating... prolly the last time I order a chrysler product...

well... today my salesman called me back and asked if i definetly wanted to add the sunroof. He said I am next be scheduled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and asked if i still wanted to add the sunroof... not sure why he didnt add it a week ago but anyway.. i told him.. sure.. i waited this long.. not as long as some of you i know, and i dunno how you guys waited that long.. so hopefully.. before too long... ill be cruising in my patriot blue beauty with the sunroof open .. heck.. i look forward to hearing that wind buffeting..
