Default Spots on Window panel after taking through car wash

Argh. I let my fiancee take my black PT for the weekend, and she thought she was doing me a favor by bringing my car through a gas station car wash, and got the wax treatment (after i just waxed it the week before). Now she had the best intentions at heart, but now I have some funky spots and streaks on my window panels that I can't get out by a normal washing. Anybody have any advice how I can get my panels looking like they ought to?

First use warm vinegar & water, if does not do it, use CLR. you can get it in any hardware store. These are hard water deposits. You can use a cleaner wax like Zymol and it will remove them and leave wax. The newer PT's have a different paint in this section I just found out.

Geez oh man!!! I truly believe that Satan himself put those automatic car washes on Earth so he could hear screams and cursing. PT's and car washes go together like Clinton and Limbaugh.

I have tried the warm water and vinegar combo and it works like a charm. Give it a try, should take care of it.
Just the thought of a car wash makes me shiver!

You let your fiance drive your PT?
tsk tsk tsk
Big mistake there, no matter what dopey thing
she does you really can't be angry can you?
This is one of those traps they should warn us about as a child
and another reason to buy a 5spd. ("I'll teach to drive stick, next month, honey")
That is why I married a girl with NO drivers license and
have not encouraged her to get one. The world is a safer place
and I have no waxy spots on my windshield.

PS Warm water and vinegar
