Default Who is your favorite gas station?

A new PTE member. Just bought a 2003 Electric Blue PT GT.

I know this is silly question, but I understand that different company filters oil differently. Some gas stations have different quality gas. And I also know that you should use the same gas company for your cruiser as much as possible. I use Mohawk as much as I can here in Canada. Don't ask me why.

What does the other enthusiast out there use?

Tough call.

Let's see......

Our local PT club president works for Unocal 76.
I worked at a Sunoco station in my youth.
Father owned a Shell station.
My customers are several Marathon stations.
The best car wash is at a Philips 66 station.

NONE of these are mini-marts. They are real service stations.
They actually make a living repairing cars. As a career mechanic, I don't have any use for a milk-&-cookie mart gas station.

Chevron, their Techron additive is reputed to be an excellent injector cleaner.

Even if I have to drive miles to my favorite station, I'll do it. Even if this gas station is close by, it usually takes me awhile to get there. I just love driving this car.

I usually go to Shell because I get cash back on my credit card. I do thrive on getting my gas at the best price. Nothing is more depressing than filling up one day & see it drop $.10 per gal the next. I trait I learned from my father. The cheapest stations on the drive between Hot Springs, AR & Dayton, OH? Ask my father, he knows!

I usually go to either Mobil or BP. I used to go to Citgo, but their lowest octane is now 89 (they offer 89, 91, and 94). Makes my cruiser have run-on!

I went to Meijer yesterday-$1.17 per gallon!
