Shell or Speedway. I like them both. I don't like BP. To many additives and makes valves chatter on chevy motors. (my work truck is a chevy)

I use Sunoco most of the time, they are usually cheaper right now they are at $1.37 per gallon. I also use the Chevron station too but 90% of the time it is Sunoco.

First thing I look for is the ability to pay with a credit card right there at the pump.

Then, I look for the cheapest, within reason. I am aware of some of the stations locally that sell inferior gas. I discovered them a few years ago when I drove a turbo. It was very unhappy with bad gas. I avoid those bad stations.

I usually buy Texaco & Phillips 66.

Hey there LEFT COAST Canuck- welcome to the mix.

As you can tell, you will get lots of answers here that point to U.S. only stations- we don't have a few mentioned here.

Personall, I use SHELL! Why? Cause they give air-miles.

Most gases are the same- Esso adds a different detergent then Shell, Shell adds a different detergent than Pioneer, Canadian Tire buys whatever they can and blends it in the underground tanks..

Bottom line- PRICE!

Again- welcome to the fold.

(if Daryl were still with us, he would say something about BEANS/ TACOs/ gas and leather )

Well, in the Dayton area, I've found the Speedways generally have the best prices, Sweet Corn Lady. Not to mention the best beef jerky!

Seeing that the closest gas station is about 30 miles away....I always keep a full tank of the cheapest stuff. Here in NC I think all gas comes from the same ship/same truck. Heck, the smell is the same no matter what brand.
