Its easy to get a good start with a manual transmission. I hope to be going the turbo route also... but i have only 22k miles after 2+ years, so there is the whole warranty issue.

I only try to pin people in on the highway when they try to pass groups of cars in the right lane. Its fun when the pick is a 16 wheeler.

I love that-wiping them off behind a semi when they think they are too cool by weaving and passing on the right!

Interesting ASSumption!

Sorry-didn't mean to offend you! If I drove a 40k-60k vehicle with mondo horsepower and couldn't get up to 65 mph before I attempted to merge I would hope someone would say the same about me-decoration not function. Too much power and no need for it if you are not going to use it.

Well now, I wasn't talking about you-I was talking about the morons here that don't know how to use their power. Like I said I'm sorry if I offended you, but if you re-read my post, I was talking about the locals here that clog up the entrance ramps. Bet you do miss your viper-I would love to be able to afford to have a vehicle that I could do that in. Just can't afford it-or the insurance for it. Like M 3 said it would be a great driving experience.

I do that and keep people from passing on the right. If they INSIST on coming in, as in they come in so if I don't hit the brakes they WILL hit me, I let them go. But in general, when I choose not to mess with people by not letting them by or tapping brakes, it's kinda useless to try and bully me.

I had one truck right on my butt in Myrtle Beach once and this particular ramp wrapped around something like 360 degrees and was listed as a max of 10 mph. I went in to it at 15 mph with a truck on my butt. I came out at 75 mph with no truck in sight.

We got the only person in the world here who traded in a Viper for a PT.

Ours is a 2002 Yellow RT/10 with less than 1000 miles on her still...soooo 120 is the max we've done with her....so far! Wish I could post a pic...but only know how to e-mail...isn't that sad No kids around to show me!
