Default Dream Cruiser 2

Anyone know when we can order the next dream cruiser? And is there any set down payment to get put on the list?

Went by my dealer yesterday to look at an electric Blue Turbo and he just volunteered that as of yet he has not been able to order the Dream Cruiser 2. He said he was anxious to do so but did not know when he could.
I asked him how DC1s sold and he said the first one sat on the lot for 2 months before it sold then all of a sudden he sold 5 in about 2 weeks.
Go figure.

That's the ticket! Order that Dream Cruiser Series II in advance. That's a keeper!

They might do the same thing they did with the DCS1-only the zone reps get the first run of them. I had trouble because I wouldn't give the dealer money for a car he couldn't order. Trouble is, then someone else put money down before me so then I had to beg the zone rep for 2 instead of 1 because the girl with the money down got to have one before I could.

Hi H_o_D, (Steph)

Hope you're doing OK???

How well do you know your dealer? The reason I'm asking is similar to what Lisa indicated earlier: I did not want to put money down on a car I had not seen with my own eyes when I wanted to get our Dreamer. After going back-and-forth several times, we finally agreed that I would put money down with the understanding I would get my deposit back IF I decided I did not want the Inca Gold. Of course, all of that is history now: we just love our Dreamer

This new DC series II would be awesome, I think...

Keep us posted....

My salesman didnt' ask for any money down. He said that when the first one that came in he would call me.

Of course, there is always the chance the salesguy does not always stick around long enough to see a deal thru. (Which was in my case: I got saved due to the deposit I had put down).

I just drove by my dealer the other day. They still have one dreamer on the lot (they got two back in the spring, and have only sold one so far).

Finally they have a fair selection at my dealer though -- 5 different cruisers on the lot, and with a $2000 cash back incentive, it's a good time to buy a cruiser!

The dream 2 tangerine looks awsome, but I'm keeping my dream 1...
