There was an article in today's Hamilton Spectator, Auto Section, along with a picture of the lot full of PT's. It was just the Chrysler news release that's already been posted here. I didn't like it in the paper - sounded too much like a DC commercial.

When does the cruise get posted in National News Papers in Canada?
Sean mentioned the Star on Saturday, how about the POST, TO SUN or Globe???

Just wondering!

Sean,
Thanks for posting the article on the meet. When did the article run? I was told it would be in the Monday addition, but I didn't see it there. We (Mark & Debbie Ebert) were even quoted in the article, COOL!
What a great group of people we met, I just wish we could have spent more time meeting everyone. Since our Anniversary was on Sunday, I promised Deb that we would do some siteseeing. We parked our PT at the field Sunday morning, then spent much of the day at the sites. When we returned, there were still many people there but all the remaining door prizes were gone ;-(. If it happens again next year, we'll be there!

Happy Cruisin,
Mark Ebert

What's inaccurate about it?
It said it was hosted by Toronto
area enthusiasts, made no claim
of involvement by Chrysler,
described what went on, then
had a history and commercial
for the Cruiser. "Chrysler"
was used mostly to modify
"PT Cruiser" and DaimlerChrysler
as a corporate entity was only
mentioned once or twice.

Were you expecting "hometown
paper" style of coverage? Sorry,
they're job is still to sell
cars.

Mr "T" you are heartless!
