A friend of mine has a possible problem with his PT, and I thought there might be someone else who has encountered this symtom: It's an automatic, and when comming to a stop, it seems to get a shot of gas and jumps forward. It has happened in 1st & 2nd gear. Computer problem? Looking for a quick remedy before taking it to hopefully, a qualified tech.
thx in advance. murph |

After a couple of hours of asking around, this is the first that anyone has heard of this problem... including Chrysler. In fact, no one can fathom how it's happening. If these babies had a carbuerator, I could imagine the fix.
The only time I have ever had the sensation you're speaking of, was because of a bad tank of gasoline. |
