Default Low Glow Service ?

Well it has been a while and I finally got back a response form Low Glow about a replacement bulb that I broke. It has been about a week before I received e-mail back. The first one never got a answer.

Not to sure this is the way a company should treat its customers..

This is what they said..

We are currently very backed up on orders... we can not guarantee a ship date.. but current turn around is 1 month from order date... and we will not charge you until we ship the items.

A month behind.. ? ? }

Well, at least that is less time than it took to get the Cruiser. }

Replacement bulb that takes a MONTH?! Doesn't that seem a little strange to anyone else?

Is this a legitimate company, or are they cleaning-out their garage to find one laying around?

Hmmm.... I've been driving with my undercar neons on my PT for almost 7 months now and they are extremely durable. I'm one of those people who drives my cars rather hard and fast so if my neons haven't broke yet then chances are they aren't going to. I got mine from www.itsrealstuff.com
They are great people to deal with and I always get my order in less than a week.
