I can't help but notice that every time it rains or I've been driving on wet roads that I get an EXCESSIVE amount of muddy water inside the doors, covering the sills, whether I've opened the doors or not. I can't think that this is normal!!! Anyone else with this problem?? I've emailed DCAnswers and their response was "you have not given us enough information to comment on this problem". I'll try again giving them build date, etc. They require the VIN# so I can't imagine what else they need. I do know that the first cars off the line had to have the weather stripping replaced, is this more of the same???

I Do I Do... have problems too heheh.. Its no worry.. All Cruisers have them.. but what you have to do to get rid of it.. I used a wet towel and wipe it all off and dry it off w/ a towel and looks new... (Use Soft Cloth Towel - Both). I hope this is helpful!

Just for an experiment I took a hose and sprayed directly into the sills. Then I opened the doors. Completely dry. Hmmmmm.....
I even tried it on all 4 doors and they all stayed dry. My sills look just as clean now as the day I got it.

Sadly to say I have this problem also....The real kicker is when the temperatures are below freezing and rubber was previously damp you'll find that the rubber freezes to the body....I just hope it doesn't rip the paint off let alone the rubber seal.....Cruiser1

Me Me Me I too have that problem. Every time I wash the car I wipe out all of the water and dirt from inside all of the doors including the back hatch. fortunately I keep the car in a heated garage in the winter but I have thought that sometime I would have a problem with freezing water and end up ripping the seals off. Bummer
