Default Inferno Red PT Owners are Just Friendlier Folks!!
I have come to the conclusion that owners of inferno red PT's are friendlier folks than owners of the other colors! Just my observation!! The only ones I can get to wave back at me are the red ones!! Maybe it is because inferno red owners have a more outgoing pesonality, more dramatic and flamboyant and the more reserved personalities buy the colors that don't stand out as much. Or, maybe there is an unspoken rule that you should only wave at someone in the same color PT as you are driving. Has anyone else noticed this? Lil' Ruby

I can't get any PTs to wave back. Could it be because I'm in a Taurus?

What's the wave for "Cool car! I've ordered mine and it should be here any day now!" ?

Sheena, It could be because you are in a Taurus and then again it could be because you're not waving at red ones!!! When I am with my husband in his car and wave, I don't get much response either. It's like they should KNOW I have a PT at home! (HA) What color do you have ordered? You will like it and have so much fun driving it. I like mine more every day!! You are only about 100 miles from me! You won't have much longer to wait!! Lil' Ruby

So, just because I don't own an Inferno Red, I'm unfriendly??? LET ME TELL YOU, I WOULD BE THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON YOU WILL EVER HAVE THE FORTUNE OF MEETING! AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, YOU'D BETTER CRAWL YOUR BUTT UNDER THE NEAREST INFERNO RED AND HIDE, BECAUSE IF I GET MY HANDS ON YOU, I'LL.........oh....... oh dear...... sorry about that little episode. I really am friendly!!!!

Now, Now, Wendy, Calm down; I didn't say you weren't friendly. I just made an observation that only red PT's wave at me! I am sure none of those non-wavers I passed were you!! And besides, I can tell by your response that you are a REAL FRIENDLY sort!! Just Kidding!! Lil' Ruby

Ruby, I've caught myself being a little more flamboyant towards Taupe Cruisers than the others. I do, however, wave VERY clearly to any other Cruisers. They ALWAYS wave back... probably because they think I'll run them off the road if they don't. I can definately say that guys wave / flash / honk MUCH more readily than do the ladies. (I didn't think I looked that scarey)

Lil Ruby, we're getting a Taupe. Can't wait!

The only glitch in this whole process is that the dealer mechanics and service people in St. Louis are on strike with no end in sight. Sheena may have to go " help >) " the negotiations along so that she can up the ratio of friendly taupe wavers on the road.

Looking forward to our first event. Hope to meetcha!
