Default I'm feeling feint (must be woody related) !!!

Okay, so now I'm all 'cooled' out. Got my Chrome bumper inserts from TP Woody and just finished putting them on! Man they look great with my chrome fender trim! My 'Chrome Look' is coming along fine. A little bit at a time, but it's coming.

Not a bad way to spend the first day of your holidays, eh?

Anyway, I'm really impressed with www.ptwoody.com, who got them to me in less than a week (not bad considering the speed of customs these days). They had great instructions with them as well.

Anyway, I recommend them to anybody. They look great!

A man after my own heart. I too have been looking for quite some time for stainless inserts for that indent. How do the PTWoody inserts fit? Do they fill the entire indent area? A picture would be greatly appreciated. The PTWoody site pics are taken from too far back to get a good idea of the fit. I think they would look good with my grille. OH! And how much did you get dinged for getting them into the Great White North?

I'll have to get a picture for you, but I don't have a digital so it'll be a few days. They fit great and look great. There's about a 3/8" strip both above and below the trim within the indentation, so it doesn't fill it up completely, but I think it wouldn't look as good if you did fill it complete.

It price to get it here wasn't too bad, just shipping.

I was once told that you can get the same stuff at a local auto store- its called TRUCK MOLDING- 2". You need to trim it though as its in 20-25 foot rolls.

Scott P did this himself... Scott? You there buddy??

Still haven't taken any pictures. I haven't had time to give it a good wash in a while.
I guess I'll just have to take the pictures when the car's dirty.

The stuff from the auto store probably works, but, you see I'm an Accountant, anything harder than 'stick it on' is outta my league.

The other good thing about the ptwoody stuff, is it's supposed to stick forever, basically the same quality as any of the other moulding that comes from the factory.

For me, it was cool, and I took some pictures, now I just have to get them developed.

I see your points. I, however, am the kind of guy who likes to find other ways of doing things. For example, I was going to turn a Palm Pilot into a remote control for my home theater just to show my friends that I could. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Can't wait to see your pics. I bet it looks great on that inferno red.
