Here is the photo of the wrecked PT.

The lad that had an accident on the way to the Niagara Falls Cruise was ok except for some glass in his hand.
It was a hit and run by a truck.

That sucks, I have a Taupe Cruiser and this gives me a good idea of what my cruiser would look like all $%&*#@ up. I'll definitely make sure I drive carefully cause I don't want that happening to me. I wish the driver and the cruiser a speedy recovery.

There was a collection taken for him to help cover the cost of hauling it home, insurance deductable, etc. I don't know the exact amount, but I know it was over $300.

It was interesting to watch the instinctive gut wrench as people saw this poor PT cruise on in. I was up at the registration tent as he drove in and you could see the double-takes pass on down the rows of people as he drove by. Very sad! Hope he got home okay!

You can drive as careful as you can and still get hit! That's what happened to me. I got rear-ended on the way up to the falls by a guy not paying attention at a yield. And can you believe it, I was afraid to drive the car to work the week before the cruise! I never thought it would happen coming to the falls. Some people just don't respect our Cruisers.
