In 1981/82 I was in the Army in Agusta, GA and had my Aries K (yes, I did have one of those) in for transmission service. While there, a very excited mechanic came running out of the back where they had a Big Chrysler (unsure of model, but one of those huge luxury boats) torn down with all the seats, door panels etc out of it.

Anyway, he's very excited shouting "I found it, I found it!!!" and holding a nut tied to a string. Inside the nut was a rolled up piece of paper that said "I hope this drives you crazy, you rick xyz you." Apparently someone on the line was having a bad day and hung this sucker up inside one of the rear door panels, so every time it would swing just right, it made a noise. VERY hard to find.

I guess everyone has to have a sense of humor....

Ask Amy and Mark. I'm sure while they were waiting for their car there was a hold up because of 'electrical problems'. There were a heap of cars left sitting in Toluca for this reason. Maybe your car slipped through???

Maybe its the same prob that wifey says mine has- everytime she looks at the PT, gremlins have managed to add yet ANOTHER add-on. Last nite, it was the subwoofer! Go figure ;-)

Not a single problem whatsoever after over 18,000 kms.

I would be taking it to the dealer though. If the hatch flies up one day and green puke flies out the back, that's possessed!

P.S. Does your license plate say "CHRISTINE"?

Yes, I had the alarm go off like that once when my collie brushed against the front bumper. It only happened that one time.
I seem to recall that PTHoosier had a similar experience with his.
