The show is getting close! Here are a few updates.

The show is now held in honor of one of the Route66 PT Club members who has recently passed, Brent Williams. His car will be on display at the show.

Hotel reservations need to be made by July 6th for the $99.00 PT Cruiser rate.

«¤»We will meet those of you coming in on Thursday night in the lobby of the Holiday Inn and have dinner in the restaurant in the hotel.

«¤»On Friday please make time to visit the Marine Corps Museum. We will have a group heading over together or feel free to go over any time you like.

«¤»Friday night we will have a 50's party complete with a beautiful tribute to Elvis. The Glow show will be help in the hotel parking lot.

We will have a mobile car wash company on had to wash cars or there are several car washes in the area too.

«¤»It is going to be HOT so please bring sunscreen, hats, water, squirt guns, ice, coolers, chairs, tents and fans!

We will have specialty awards and participation awards for all who are registered so please take the time to enjoy the park on Saturday and do not worry about having to do major car cleaning.

Attn: Golfers!! Are you in need of a "tune-up" for your golf swing? We are having a Golf Pro at our show on Sat. to help you out. Just bring your favorite club and get the help you need. Kim, the golf pro, will donate ALL your donations to our charity. There is a driving range at the park.

Cruisin' with a Heart update! It's almost show time. Here's an incentive to make your hotel reservations...All the people who have made their hotel reservations and all who make them by the July 14th deadline will be eligible for a special drawing for a $50.00 gas card!!!!!
Also if you are coming just for the day and want to join us for dinner before the awards ceremony you must sign up by the July 14th deadline. Our front page has the hotel info and online registration and mail-in form along with the dinner menu.
Deadline for shirt orders is also July 14th.

Attention Cruisers; Forget the car show and come for the "fun". Wear your best 50's outfit on Friday night and you might win a trophy...plus you can dance to our live band "The String Kings". Don't have neons-"light" yourself up and you might win a trophy! On Saturday we are giving trophies to the pedal boat and minature golf winners! Hike the trails at the park and enjoy nature. Never won a trophy? Be a winner no matter what as every PT gets a participation trophy! Plus-wait til you see our "goodie bags"!! Hello Cruisers;
Anyone that is not yet registered for our show "Cruisin with a Heart" there is still time! Wait til you see our "goodie bags" and I mean the bags themselves (thanks to Denise!)--Wow are they beautiful! And they will be filled with plenty of goodies and of course "toys". Our club members have worked extremely hard to make this show something special and one you won't forget. Who knows how many shows there will be next year so don't miss out THIS year.
