Important Hotel Info; Amish Country Cruisin' 2008

It has come to our attention that our host hotel (WanaWaves Water Resort in Shipshewana IN) has been quoting the wrong rates to our attendees for our Amish Country Cruisin’ 2008 rally. (rates much higher than we had negotiated with them)
After a meeting with our hotel contacts this week, they have agreed to lower our negotiated rate even further to $99.00 and now have that price set up in their system.
I apologize to everyone for the inconvenience if this has happened to you. If you have booked a room at a neighboring hotel because you were quoted a rate that is too high at the host hotel, I encourage you to change it at this time if you like. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, you will not be disappointed. The $99.00 rate is good for each night, Thursday, June 5th through Sunday night, June 8th in case you want to come a day early or stay a day late. Just mention that you are with the PT Cruiser event to get the preferred rate.
I will be personally contacting those that have already registered for the rally to see if this has been a problem for them.
