Default I'm a First time Grandpa
Hey Everyone...I'm a new Grandpa for the first time... My Son and Daughter-n-Law had their first child last night a GIRL around 9:00pm...8lbs-3ozs, 19 inches long...
We are really happy for them and We Thank God for bringing her to (us) them...pictures as we can get them....

I'm sorry I did forget to post her name...Mirra Charlene.
My son and family are living in Florida and will be moving to St. Louis in about three weeks so we can start the spoiling process of our new grand daughter...you know spoil them and send them home. They called today and we could hear her cooeing in the background (grandma started to cry) can't wait to see them home again. (Our son is in the Navy and getting out in a couple of weeks)

Hey That's great!
My wife and I helped raise our (only) Granddaughter! We had Two son's and we tell everyone she is the daughter we never had! We spoiled her rotten, and enjoyed every moment of it! Two years ago, she asked her Papa, (me) to perform her Wedding...Have to admit it...this Preacher had a tear in his eyes..She is still very special to us...Calls us almost every day...And we just can't wait to see each other...We live in Arcata, Ca. and she lives in Turlock, Ca.
And if we don't see her at least every two or three months, one of us has to make the trip. We are going down to the Cruiserfest in Modesto next month and she can't hardly wait for us to come down....Love her all you can while she is little, they grow up all too soon.... PTpreacher
