Sure sorry to hear about your dad Rachel! TIA's (transit ischemic attacks/mini-strokes) are precursors to CVA's - cerebral vascular accident/stroke. They've made vast improvements in the treatment and prevention but still havent stopped them yet. I'll say a prayer for him and for you.

I had to put Mother in a Nursing Home and it's a hard choice, she is 93,
