Angry Pool Liner Help?

We ran into a bad company or bad installer who did a crappy install of our pool liner.

Problem 1. the liner started pulling from the edge right away.

Problem 2. The deep end has the liner installed 2 inches lower than the shallow end.

Problem 3. I reported to the company that there was wrinkles in the liner. The installer came out to our pool.

Problem 4. The liner was out from the Shallow wall by 4 or 5 inches, the installer said don't worry it go into the corners once the water is in.

Problem 5. I called the company when the water trucks arrived. The installed F*** around then left all of his tools all over the back yard then left.

Problem 6. The install came back Monday to finish the job, then promptly said "Well I can cut the openings but you need to drain the pool and start over. I lost it after spending $640. in water from 5 water trucks.

Problem 7. I called the company spoke to the manager who started screaming at me, I mentioned that I should call my friend Mike Lerner.

I am not putting up with this installation and ran the installer off the property last night. Now I am in the middle of documenting everything for court. The old saying a picture is worth a thousand words. Luckly I used to be a professional photographer.

Hopefully we can host a PT pool party this summer.

I have an above-ground. Gave the size, picked the liner, agreed to a price up front. Then the installer tried to tell me it was an unusually hard install and wanted another $200 - I just laughed at him because all above-grounds of the same size are the same, and he couldn't argue.
Afterward, I found lots of screws on the ground for the cover they never put back in.

Ok I Wanted To Stay Out Of This But... Don't Know Where You Live , In Oregon There Is C.b.i.c Lic Contractors. Bonded Insured, It Sounds Like The Base On Your Pool Should Have Been Set In Sand. All Wrinkles Should Have Been Removed, By Individuals Installing The Unit , Before Filling The Entire Pool.! The Shrinkage Or Pulling At The Edges Is Caused By The Weight Of The Water. Any Certified Installer Knows This. I Have Only Been In This Business For 22 Years On The Tech -side But Have Seen Alot Of Major Screw -ups. If They Won't Work With You Contact The Bbb. I'm Willing To Bet You're Problem Will Be Taken Care Of In A Timely Fashon, Or As A Consumer, Ask Another Company As An Interested Buyer, How They Guarantee Thier Installation . Check Out The Laws In Your State...last Dance
