As was said, Scott sets the rules. I had no problem with Bikini, jokes, etc, but if I don't see them here, it's not the end of the world. I have addresses where I can see babes, and I am deluged with jokes from other sources.
I like the forum, I greatly appreciate all Scotts work, and use of his servers, and as someone else pointed out, it is free. How can you argue when you have no cost or obligations.
So thank you Scott, I will live within your rules, and I will still spend a large chunk of time in here.

So I guess this means I can't post a pic of Sloggi's new advertisements causing such a controversy....

I was here BEFORE the bikinis and I'll be here long AFTER the bikinis (and hunks). PTE rocks....thanks Scott!

Can we still have "Congrats" threads for milestones? Just no female pics? That's not a problem. I agree with what seems to be the general consensus. There are plenty of sites to view "questionable" pics... (some get sent to my email accounts, or pop-up while I'm surfing other sites... ) I try to follow the "house rules", both physically and virtually. If these are the only major rules we have to abide by, I don't feel that it's censorship.

Just my 1 cent... (with gas prices as high as they are, I can't afford the extra cent... )

I'm with you YLEKYOT. Girlie pictures ( here or not here) doesn't make a difference for me.
I've been on various pt forums since 4/00 . Not to start any disagreements, but the PTE is the best, for me, at least.
I plan to stick around.
I have nothing but the highest regard for Scott and think he's doing a great job. Ya just can't please everyone all the time.

I take it these are not allowed either right Scott.

Mannequins or figures unclothed which are inanimate objects...

Thislpt,

That would fall under the 'illustration' part of the rule change.

I have removed the image from your post, as well.

Congrats posts are just fine. Just minus the girlie (or hunkie, as the case may be) pictures.

Scott rocks...

I'm pleased with the tighter focus on Cruisers and cruising. Having said that, I can usually tell where a thread is going before I open it so, there are many that I simply skip. I don't think the new rules will affect me one iota. One of the most important admonishments from Scott is this, "BE NICE!"

All in a day's cruise...
