Congradulations Dan,

Now if you can just find some way to incorporate the PT Cruiser in you're dissertation, that would about wrap it up.

Congrats, Dan, and I thought your only hobby was shipping teddie bears. I'm envious. Wish it was me. That would mean a big old raise. Maybe when the kids are grown.....

By the way, what's your area?

You know, if you put all the posts from PTE together, maybe they would pass as a dissertation.

wishin4pt: My EdD program is Educational Administration with an emphasis in Adult and Higher Education. My minor emphasis is sort of tests and measurements and statistics. My particular area of interest is assessment in higher education. I have the general direction of my dissertation established but still need to do the formal proposal. I am looking at student retention from a state system perspective and comparing it against retention from a university level. It is an inflation of a paper I did as part of a fellowship. Now its simply a race against time to get it finished before the new baby arrives!

Hate to say it, but... told ya. I remember saying (not too long ago) that although tough times were prevailant, good people don't go through things like that without rewards. To every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I couldn't be prouder of anyone. There's nothing like quality things happening to quality people. Way to go Big Guy!!!!!
