Seaner,

How can that be a self portrait of you. Angels don't get COAL for Xmas. Looks more like Lori !!

By the way, I would like to order a set of polar bears for my front lawn. Feel like making some more ??

Lee.......This may stop a lump of coal coming your way !!!

I second that--I'd like to have some polar bears in my yard.

Boo- I plan to sleep when I am dead, not now..

I got some of the designs off the web, some are here : http://www.americanwoodworking.com/christmas.htm

Others, like the Halloween ghosts that I did, I just saw a picture in a magazine or somewhere and did the thing myself.

The stand-ups take time. Prime/Paint/Waterproof like crazy if they are going outside, route the edges, fill in marks and such on the plywood, ... takes time. PLUS, trying to keep is hush-hush, forgedaboutit.
