Don, best of luck to your son and family....I'm sure everything will go great. Having had a child who spent alot of the first three years of life in and out of the hospital, I know how stressful and worrysome it is. Keeping you in our thoughts,

Jackie & John

I'll be praying for the doctor to have a skilled hand and a quick, successful surgery and recovery for your son. Best of luck!.

Thanks, everyone. Except for barfing once, all went really well. He'll have cast on for a coupla months, but ought to have a functioning foot (to match other one done last year). He's a real trooper, didn't take codeine that was offered for pain, even tho it hurt. Got home late last nite and was glad to be home and have it over with.
Drs. at Children's Hospital ARE the Best!. Really tears you up to see so many kids with problems, but great to see what good they can do for them.

Thanks, everyone - your wishes helped.
