} Before I noticed this thread I bought my honey a Fuji 2600Z and a Edge 64 meg Smartmedia card and Reader from Computers4Sure.com for Christmas. I hope a made a good choice. I know nothing about them, and used the Computers4Sure product comparison feature to narrow down my selection. Anyone have any experience with this digital camera? It's a little late but is there anything else I should know or do?

It's a good camera. Many 2600Z owners rate it 4 stars out of 5....here's a link to owner's reviews and comments:

FujiFilm FinePix 2600Z

There's also a forum at this site just for Fuji cameras. Can ask a question there and get relatively quick responses.

FWIW, I've been very pleased with my Sony DSC-S70 digital with 3.3 Mpixels, Carl Zeiss lens and 3X zoom. I know it isn't the greatest on the market today, but I've been using it for over a year now and I got it from an estore for $749 including an extra 32Mb memory stick. I since bought a 64Mb memory stick and an external battery charger for an optional second battery.
Sony has a DSC-F707 out now that looks awesome, but at $999 MSRP, the price is a little too steep for me, and my S70 is doing well enough for my needs.

LOL. Thank you. I was going to but you were first. I don't look either. I think it is there more to show off the bathing suit. Why else would she be wearing it.
