I'm surprised that no one has mentioned "A Christmas Story" - You know, the one with the kid who wants the Red Ryder BB Gun.

"You'll shoot your eye out!!!"

For me... NOTHING will EVER top "It's a Wonderful Life". I don't know whether to consider it corny or off-beat by today's standards, but it sure holds up well with some of those characters. Offbeat pegs Clarence, Uncle Billy and anyone that would name a child Zuzu.

The Ref, Christmas Vacation, The Santa Clause, and Ernest Saves Christmas (viewable only while drinking heavily) all work for me.

Here's my list:

White Christmas (all time fav.)
Miracle on 34th Street (original version)
The Trouble with Angels (I know, not totally Christmas related)
Prancer (you just have to love that little girl's singing voice!)
A Christmas Story (what about that "Leg Lamp", so funny!)
Christmas Vacation
