Thanks, I've been to and have posted on most job boards without much luck. Ever notice that there's more home business opps than traditional employers on Monster? What does that tell you about the job market in the US? Thanks again all for your comments! ![]()

There's just nothing here in WNY that I have the qualifications for. Can't relocate because of family situation. Anyone looking to have a web site developed for their business?

The company I used to work for is Express Scripts. YOu can look them up online and check their job openings.
They are based mainly in St Louis, but have offices/work in NJ and in troy NY and right across the border from you in Mississauga,Canada as well. They often have openings for project managers, people w lots computer ability, financial backgrounds etc. They are a good company to work for. I had very good benefits and the pay scale was pretty darn good as well. Some background info: Express Scripts is a PBM: Pharmacy benefit manager. They do business with insurance companies to handle the prescription part of the insurance. They have a mail order pharamcy portion as well. The DOD (Dept of Defense) is one of their clients. They are doing very well over all. Here's their link: http://www.expressscripts.com/careers/ I currently work for a company called intellicare. They are based out of the NE, from Maine. But I work from home for them in St Louis. Although I am a nurse, we do everything online and often they have opening for computer IS type jobs, system analysis and all that other stuff I don't know much about. I don't know if those people work from home or not. They have offices in St Louis, Dallas, Columbia Maryland, and Woburn, Ma. But 75% of their staff work from home, so maybe it might work for you, even if there is no main office in your area. I know some of the computer folks used to fly into St Lou from the NE from time to time to check systems.....anyway, I thought you might want to keep checking on them too. Here is their site: Here's their link: http://www.intellicare.com/about/careers.html Not much on it right now, but maybe keep checking it from time to time and something might come up. Good Luck! Hope it might help you out.... Last edited by dreamer : 20th April 2004 at 05:04 AM. |
