About #5.... Read where a guy tried that on a southern California freeway, I think near LA. He was transporting a stiff from one funeral home to another and got in the HOV lane. He got a ticket. He tried to fight it arguing that there were two in the car and supposedly lost the case. It was in the "strange news" section somewhere.
