If you have not seen this, it will be on the History Channel, starting this Sunday night at 9 and every night after through April 19th. It is an Excellent program about WW2.

yes it is, its along the lines of saving private Rayan but the focus is on the unit rather than a squad or individual. they also have commentary but the guys who were really there and it really draws you in. seriously i highly reccomend picking it up if you have the means. I love it and have to give it a 10 out of 10.

Double ditto. Absolutely excellent series. I also bought the DVD set when it came out.

It's a great series. I taped it the first year they broadcasted it and gave it to my brother, who loved it as well.

Can't say enoughgood things about it.

I loved it too.. It didn't play games that war is ugly, but it does show courage of the men who were there.. It is a great tribute to our WWII vets.

If you thought that the Tom Hanks produced, Space Program stories were good, Band of Brothers is even better..

HI Everyone
I love the band of brothers series. I have talked to people that were part of that company,very interesting people to talk too. I think the whole ww2 generation was a great generation,my grandpa was in ww2 has some interesting stories to tell about the war he was in europe. He gave me some of his ww2 stuff mostly german stuff. If your interested in pics of my collection drop me an e mail or im me or post another thread on here
