Default I need help converting an image

I have a great little animated image of a guy pushing a dolly of beer bottles. The only problem is that it is in Microsucks .mpf file format. Is there any way to convert this to gif without losing the animation? Thanks!

BM, email it to me and I'll use some software I have to convert the file into an animated gif.
