I just heard on the news today that President Bush authorized the release of "ALL records" pertaining to his service in the Air Guard.
At least 400 more pages. I wonder-------is it possible-------- that President Bush held onto some of the records, just long enough, to allow the democrats to work themselves up into a foaming at the mouth frenzy and just before Ted K. turned the final shade of purple,---- THEN, THEN, At just the right moment, release the records that he knew would vindicate him, so the nation could watch the democrats crash and burn. ![]() Last edited by OC Cruzer : 13th February 2004 at 05:52 PM. |

Actually, a witness has stepped foward. I didn't post the link to the story because it would be a waste of time (you know, "I wonder how much he was paid" and so on). If I believed that any doubter might actually accept the story, I would post it, but I have yet to see anything that would indicate it would be worth while to post.

MSNBC reported, that a Bill Calhoun, Lieutenant Colonel at Dannelly Air Base in Alabama at the time, came forward today and said he remembered George Bush showing up for drills on at least six occasions. They had lunch together a number of times. From L.C. Bill Calhoun, "He (Bush) showed up on time and left at the end of the day." ----------------------------------- Last edited by OC Cruzer : 13th February 2004 at 07:28 PM. |

Tiak, do you honestly believe YOUR base commander would remember YOU thirty years later?

In 1994, dubya told the Houston Chronicle, in relation to his joining the National Guard, "I was not prepared to shoot my eardrum out with a shotgun in order to get a deferment, nor was I willing to go to Canada, so I chose to better myself by learning how to fly airplanes." It sounds like dubya, himself, acknowledged that he went into the National Guard because he didn't want to go to Vietnam.
