Default It starts...1st lawsuit from Jackson incident

Excerpt from an AP news article:

"...A banker from Knoxville, Tenn., filed a class action lawsuit against Jackson, dance partner Justin Timberlake, CBS, halftime show producers MTV and the networks’ parent company, Viacom. Terri Carlin said the “sexually explicit conduct” by the performers caused millions of people to “suffer outrage, anger, embarrassment and serious injury.”

So now everytime someone encounters feelings of "outrage" or "embarrasment" from something they see on TV they should get compensation. I'm still trying to figure out what the "serious injury" is.

Interesting. There were earlier reports of a lawsuit, but it turned out to be false...

Janet is just trying to draw attention away from Wacko Jacko and his Jesus Juice!!

People dont know how to work for their money anymore, theyd rather just sue someone or go on a WT talk show.
