Proof we have way too many lawyers. I propose a moritorium on law school enrollments for .......oh, ten years or so.and legalize lawyer hunting.
What do you have when you have a 100 lawyers buried up to their necks?????

Thumbs down Re: It starts...1st lawsuit from Jackson incident

OMG! These people filing suit need to get over it! It was a 20 second look at a boob!
If seeing an atractive woman's breast for a couple of seconds is the most distressing part of your day...then I think you really really have a damn good life & should quit yer bytchen!

Maybe they also need to file a lawsuit against the manufacturers of High Definition television.......maybe it was so realistic looking and he was sitting right up on the television he got poked in the eye by Janet's nipple piercing

So now everytime someone encounters feelings of "outrage" or "embarrasment" from something they see on TV they should get compensation. I'm still trying to figure out what the "serious injury" is.
Does this also apply to Pontiac Azteks or Honda Elements on TV too
