Jes' wondering.... Bigdogdad used to post all kinds of teasers about the warm weather, beautiful sunsets and killer grilled meals he was fixing.
Since it's cold and nasty in Mulletville, I was hoping that someone who was in a warmer climate could post something to warm the soul...

You out there, Bigdogdad?

Well NC isn't much warmer than Ky, but I slow roasted some potato wedges and seared a couple of huge, juicy, cut 'em with a fork, ribeye steaks on the grill this evening.

Hope that helps

Personally, I was hoping everybody was as miserable as we were. More nasty coming tonight.

The dinner sounds great!

Sorry for the delay. Between a new computer and a new camera, I am lost!

The weather turned for the better the last few days (75 to 80 degrees) so I decided Sunday to put some bait in the crab cage. Got a nice little haul. Just got them off the barbie. See ya later.
