Tracy Needham ?

I was watching Cold Case Files on CBS last night, missed the opening so I didn't see who any of the cast were, only to hear this voice that sounded exactly like Tracy's character Meg Austin from JAG. The face that went with the voice looked to me like she could have been a 10 yr. older Tracy, but the name on the CBS website was Kathryn Morris. From what I remember seeing about Tracy some time ago, they're both "from Dallas and living in L.A." Coincidence? Anybody know anything about this?
