How do I check on another (Dell) networked computer ?

I have another computer (Dell) in the other room that I would like to be able to check the (HP) e-mail on. I have a (on the Dell) short cut to the program on the "D" drive on the (HP) computer. But it always has a error screen that pops up that says that the other drive isn't mapped or something. I can't get on the other computer at this time.

How do I allow the (Dell) computer to access the (HP) computer Eudora program. And allow it to check the mail, send mail or delete mail as needed. I can see the mail at this time. But cannot check or send from the (Dell).
Do i actually need to install the Eudora program on the other computer. If so how do I get it to use the location on the (HP) computer for the email so it will be stored in one location...

Is this what the ESP in tools section is for ?

I have posted on the Eudora Forum, but hope somebody more knowledgeable on this site may be able to help me....
