Computer problems
I need help from someone with a Macintosh running at least 10.2.
I tried opening a link in Mail and when Safari came up, the menus were in German. I changed nothing. However, Safari was also locked up...nothing could be selected or changed. I had to force quit it. Netscape also crashed, so I used IE to download Safari again. I tried to delete the old copy but it refuses to empty the trash. What do I do to delete it? Just "Empty Trash" won't do it and the program itself cannot be opened. RN
