Talking Jackpot winner tips waitress $25,000

From AZCentral:

Jackpot winner tips waitress $25,000

BILOXI, Miss. - Nancy Moss is a woman who understands the old adage of sharing the wealth. So does Natalie Johnson.

Moss, of Crosby, Texas, hit a $1 million jackpot earlier this week while playing a slot machine at the President Casino in Biloxi. Her first jackpot payment was $50,000, and she gave half of it to Johnson, a ####tail waitress who was on duty while Moss was playing.

Johnson, in turn, shared $6,000 with her co-workers.

Moss told casino officials that she gave Johnson the gift because Johnson made a point of talking to her while she was playing.

Really nice of her. Shame our Forum doesn't recognize ####tail as a not bad word.

Doesn't Nancy realize that an initial payment of $50k will probably work out to about $30-35k after taxes.... that's generous, giving away 3/4 of your winnings to a waitress that talked to you!

(and no, the numbers may not be accurate, just an estimate.... )
