Default PTE representation

I just had a thought (A rare event, I assure you). Seems I read that so far about 220,000 PT Cruisers have been sold. PTE has 2157 members right now, which means we are below 1%!! That's not right! I think there are some "users" of PTE who chose not to become members, but that still leaves a lot of folks that aren't "on board" with us. I know of 1 PT owner I work with, and have "leaned" on him to join - he alleges he will as soon as he rebuilds his home PC. Only other PT owner I've chatted with (at Home Depot parking lot) said he was at the "Shore Thing" so I'm sure he knows of PTE - how do we hit the poor souls that don't know what they're missing?

Funny, I was just thinking about this to-day also! I had some business cards made up pretty cheaply at a local copy shop, so I was considering getting something made up with the ptenthusiasts URL and click on to forums. Can't take credit for the idea, someone left a card under my wiper for the PT Cruisers Club one time, but no web address. My card would stress PTE is free, with a great group of people & lots of good advice. Maybe we should have a competition to come up with a suitable design

Cheers

Great minds must think alike! I was heading to the same conclusion, a printed intro to PTE with the PTE URL. Does it matter if we use the same one??

Only a Small percentage of PT owners are car nuts like us The only thing you can do is try to tell as many people as possible about PTE.
